These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts that you conclude with us, mamino Fashion & Beauty GmbH.

Delivery/Prices/Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise agreed or described on the article, we deliver within 2-4 days of receipt of your order. All prices are final prices in euros, i.e. they include all price components as well as statutory sales tax. Shipping is free within Germany.

Conclusion of contract / Contract language / Correction of input errors

The presentation of the articles does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to you to submit a binding offer to us. You can submit this offer to us by telephone, letter, fax, email or in the online shop by placing the desired articles in the virtual shopping cart (click on the "Add to shopping cart" and "Go to shopping cart" buttons) and sending the articles placed in the shopping cart (click on the "Buy" button). After receiving your order in the online shop, you will automatically receive an email documenting your submitted offer (order). This email merely confirms that we have received the order; this does not constitute a contract. A valid contract is only concluded when we accept your offer by requesting payment after placing the order, by confirming the order by email or telephone, or by delivering the goods within five days. The contract is concluded exclusively in German. You can correct input errors before submitting your order using the technical means provided in the online shop and using the usual functions of your keyboard/mouse. You can also cancel the process at any time by closing the browser window.

By clicking the "Buy" button you have made a binding order (offer); input errors can no longer be corrected afterwards.

Payment terms

You decide how you want to pay with each order.

- SOFORT Überweisung: You pay directly via your online banking account (PIN/TAN) using the TÜV-certified (TÜV-Saarland) payment system from SOFORT AG. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to SOFORT Überweisung and make the payment there.

- Advance payment: We ask you to transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 days of the payment request. In deviation from point 2, the delivery period begins on the day after your payment order is issued to the bank.

- Paypal: You pay directly via your Paypal account. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to Paypal and make the payment there.

Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of mamino Fashion & Beauty GmbH until full payment has been made.

Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods. To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, promptly and at the latest within 3 days of receipt of the goods. We will use a bank transfer for this refund. You will then be asked by us to send your account details in order to make the refund, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We will not bear any costs for returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

We will offer a full refund or exchange of returned items provided that all items are returned in the same condition in which they were received. This means that items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (except for trying on), and all tags and labels must be intact.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

According to Section 312g Paragraph 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: • Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 BGB), • Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery (Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 3 BGB), • Contracts for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery (Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 6 BGB).

Storage of contract text

The contract text will be stored by us and sent to you by email together with the General Terms and Conditions immediately after you submit your offer to conclude a purchase contract.

If you have registered for a customer account in the online shop before completing the shopping cart process, you can also access the contract text via your customer account after entering your login details, as long as you do not delete your customer account or have us delete it. You can also print out the offer data immediately after submitting the order.
